With 2023 just around the corner, we wanted to share with you a glimpse into what life has been like at Unipro over the last twelve months and some of the things we’ve achieved.

• This year, we’ve delivered over 40 projects in a range of markets. Including, but not limited to, retail, healthcare, finance, insurance, media and Industrial engineering.

• Our Low-Code customer base has grown fourfold over the last twelve months.

• We’ve won several awards:

• We celebrated turning 25 with a winning day at Goodwood races.

How we've grown in 2022

During 2022 we’ve welcomed a variety of new clients and in turn, have been busy recruiting fresh talent. We’re pleased to have had eighteen new starters join us throughout the year.

We’ve seen our QA team go from strength to strength this year, cleaning up nicely by winning five awards at our end-of-year awards ceremony, with our employee of the year being one of them. The quality of the test processes and the talent of the team members is fantastic to witness and we can’t wait to see what they achieve moving forward.

The Client Facing team have been on a development journey. They are continually evolving and improving the client project experience, while focused on professional solution delivery. At the same time, the value that the Digital Consulting team have provided has proved eye-opening to clients in smoothing out the road ahead for a successful project.

It’s been a year of bonding. With the new and innovative hybrid working, engagement between our teams is forever moving forward and becoming amazingly productive. We see remote teams choosing to come together for workshops and meetings and not only build dynamic working relationships but friendships too.

There’s no denying that this has been a trying year for many, not just here in the UK but also in Europe and around the world. It’s been our ambition from the start to ensure our employees are supported during these difficult times, whether it’s the enhanced benefits package, personal enrichment scheme or our going green initiative, we’re always adapting our policies to best suit our teams so we can continue doing what we do best and enjoy it at the same time.

End-of-year celebrations

To celebrate the end of 2022, we hosted our third annual Unipro Awards ceremony at the Harbour Hotel in Chichester. Our team in Mauritius and those who sadly couldn’t be with us in person joined us online for the festivities.

The awards ceremony gave us the opportunity to get together with employees travelling not just from the UK but also from other countries, and celebrate achievements over the last year. The coveted Team of the Year award was won by Project Management team, who won’t let us forget it.

The evening continued with a three-course murder mystery dinner hosted by a local theatre company. As the evening took a deadly turn, several team members were chosen to perform sinister roles. The challenge was met with great enthusiasm, and it’s clear we have a few talented actors in our midst!
