This is a huge achievement that means a lot to us here at Unipro for a number of reasons.

At Unipro we understand that happy employees are productive employees. We know that to make employees happy it isn’t all about the perks or benefits a company offers, and instead about the way they are treated by their leaders and the people they work alongside. We strive for a workplace that is a safe space for all, where employees thrive, feel valued and enjoy the work that they do.

Over recent years we have seen the number of employees returning to work at Unipro rising. We consider this to be a true testament to the culture within our company that employees feel that this is a place where they are happy, that they want to come back to us, with one returning employee quoting that returning to Unipro felt like coming home.
